Seller Motivation:
Property is what remains of properties bought by Robert E. Norman, Sr. for the Norman homestead and Bethsaida Woods subdivision. The former Norman house has been sold and this is the property that wraps around the house with significant frontage on Bryce Road on the west and Mt. Carmel Rd. on the east.
The Norman family desires to close out the estate and trustee responsibilities as well as to reduce the properties owned by H&N Development Co., Inc. in anticipation of the closing of that corporation. There is no problem in delivering clear title to the property at the moment and we want to transfer the property while it is still convenient for all parties involved.
We believe the best way to maximize the value of the property is to subdivide the property and sell as 6 or 7 separate lots. The time frame to secure county approvals to sell individual parcels is simply in excess of the time frame within which the family wants the property completely closed out.
These details are disclosed here to explain why we are not considering partial sales.
